This couple’s winter wedding with red accents perfectly depicts what a stress-free wedding planning process can look like. They took advantage of our signature all-inclusive wedding package to plan a winter wedding at Winter Club Event Venue in Winter Park, FL.

A Winter Wedding Ceremony:
On the day of Nora and Jonathan’s winter wedding, our wedding coordinators arrived at the venue early to set up the couple’s personal ceremony and reception items.
At the ceremony, they had a beautiful, acrylic welcome sign that we adorned with red and white floral. They also had a sand unity ceremony with red and white sand that we placed underneath the wooden ceremony arch. Two white pedestals with red and white floral flanked the unity ceremony table, and red and white floral hung from the top of the pergola, creating a gorgeous winter wedding ceremony altar!
Nora and Jonathan tied the knot in this stunning setting, exchanging vows and rings. Together, they poured their individual sand colors into one larger vase, symbolizing the unity of their marriage. Before we knew it, they were married!
They sealed the deal with a kiss and the biggest smiles!
A Winter Wedding Menu:
At their winter wedding, Nora and Jonathan treated their loved ones to a delicious meal by John Michael Events , our sister company!
Beginning at cocktail hour, the team at John Michael Events served guests butler passed hors d’oeuvres, including:
- Spinach Dip atop Toast with Red Pepper
- Chicken & Waffles
- Roasted Tomato Bruschetta with Parmesan
When it was time for the winter wedding reception, the newlyweds shared their first dance with our “Dancing on a Cloud” feature. Their best man and maid of honor then gave heartfelt toasts beside Nora and Jonathan at their immaculate sweetheart table, complete with red and white balloon arch and regal white thrones.
Then, it was time for dinner!
John Michael Events served everyone a delightful meal that included:
- Caesar Salad
- Adobo Chicken
- Maple Glazed Salmon
- White Truffle Bacon and Mac & Cheese
- Roasted Rosemary and Shallot Potatoes
- Red Beans and Rice
- Rosemary Garlic, Honey Wheat and Plain Sea Salt Yeast Rolls with Butter Rosettes
Needless to say, the food was a hit! Our team received rave reviews from the guests that evening.
A Winter Wedding Cake:
Nora and Jonathan’s winter wedding cake was a vision! It was a 4-tier red and white wedding cake with one acrylic, faux tier in the middle.
We loved how dynamic their wedding cake design was! Each tier had a different texture and pattern to it. The bottom tier had a pearl design; the second tier had a ruffled texture; the third tier was clear acrylic with red roses inside; the fourth tier had a diamond pattern, and the top tier featured the couple’s initials.
Rich red roses dotted the cake exterior and topped the first tier while red, satin ribbons encircled the bottom of the tiers. It was the perfect wedding cake for a winter wedding!
If this wedding cake looked good on the outside, just wait until you hear what it contained on the inside!
Nora and Jonathan certainly had incredible taste when they chose the following cake flavors:
- Chocolate
- Pina Colada
- Strawberry
Their family and friends savored every flavor and appreciated the creativity that went into each tier. Just like the food that evening, the cake was a smash!
Party Time!
After the dinner and cake service, it was time to party! Nora and Jonathan’s DJ from Power Entertainment knew how to get everyone on the dance floor… and keep them there! It was clear to see that everybody had a great time celebrating the newlyweds at this winter wedding.
Keeping to tradition, Nora did a bouquet toss with her bridesmaids and Jonathan did the garter toss for his guys.
When this winter wedding reception drew to a close, our Weddings Inc. team lined the guests up outside for the sparkler exit. We handed out the sparklers, ensured that everyone lit their safely, and lined them up in two rows.
As sparks flew, Nora and Jonathan walked through their loved ones one last time. At the end of the sparkler line, they walked onto the red carpet and then hopped into their Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud getaway car.
This white, classic car read “Just Married” on the back and was the perfect way to end this winter wedding!
